Panera is dependable. The food offered is healthy. It is also offered in smaller sizes like half a sandwich and calorie counts are posted. But then the tempt you with "would you like a pastry for 99 cents?" I like that now the food is delivered to your table. Plenty of parking at the one in Waukesha.

This is not a location specific review but a company based review on why I don't go here. Prices are extremely high for small portion sizes of heavily processed food like products. I stopped coming after I saw sodium content and artificial ingredient amounts. Never have had a problem with the Interiors of Their Stores. they've always looked nice. I just wish that prices were more marketable and that the quality of goods being served was much higher. I have no problem at all paying as much as $9 for a good sandwich by itself. But when I pay that I expect a good sandwich.

You can never go wrong with a good soup or salad or there bakery. I love that the service is fast and they are able to bring the food to you. Customer service is also always kind and nice can't go wrong :)

Customer service was seriously lacking. Very unfriendly people at register. Cappuccinos were cold. When I asked to have them remade only one was. Somewhat better. Not a good experience at all

Awesome place with a light-hearted environment and prompt service. Can never go wrong with soup or a sandwich.
