The Milwaukee Pizza Company on Main-Waukesha

The crust is amazing. The sauce has great flavor. They get a nice amount of char on the crust. It's a little slower than people are used to because it's a small operation and the owner pays a lot of attention to details. He came out and talked to us about what we thought of the pizza and it's clear he's spent a ton of time working on crafting these pizzas. He told us the crust is a 3 day process to get right. I'm a big pizza fan and I'll be back.

Me and my daughter got one slice to be safe. And we were surprised on how delicious the pizza was. The sauce was awesome perfect amount of cheese and the crust was amazing. The only thing i didnt like was that we only gone one slice. The staff were awesome and friendly and the pizza was worth every dollar it a must go if your in waukesha looking for new pizza joint.

This pizza was delicious and owner was so nice. They use amazing ingredients! Highly recommend it. Yummy Dippin dots as well. Daughter wrote on chalkboard. Fun for kids.

Pizza wasn't very good... had a weird taste..the pizza I got was definitely sitting there for a bit...... it was dry!!!

I had the S.M.O. (sausage, mushroom, and onion) pizza and a side of cheese bread. The pizza was tasty and the crust was perfect. Nice and thin but not at all crispy, more the kind of crust you have to fold to eat. Very good flavor and texture all around.
