Most phenomenal experience since my last buying experience was horrible and nightmare to get away from. Chris sawyer from Carco out of Port Moody, BC was amazing. He gave me the best experience and helped my family to get back into a reliable and trust worthy vehicle, the whole experience was remarkable leaving me more than satisfied with my purchase and to continue to do business with Carco!! Chris took in account all our needs as a family and really hand delivered the car to us which was really helpful with my small children, he was more than accommodating to our needs As a family and most definitely exceeded my expectations. I could not be happier with my vehicle and the customer service received from Chris and the whole team at Carco!!! If you need customer service that cares about your needs and not just making a sale go to Carco they definitely will exceed any expectations you may have

I was extremely happy with the service I received. Scott Holmes provided me with everything I expected and more. Wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted and Scott was able to look after all my needs and make sure that I got into a vehicle that suited my wants and my family's needs. I had never bought a car online before and was a little nervous. Door to door service and being able to stay in touch for any concerns or questions exceeded my expectations. By sheer luck my husband and I stumbled across Carco while visiting a local CashCo. A year ago in August we decided to check it out and apply seeing as it was no cost to us and we really had nothing to loose, not yet knowing how much we would gain. Within the hour we received a call back with incredible news. We were approved and after the paperwork was finalized our car was delivered. Less than two weeks ago we decided to apply for an upgrade. With straightforward paperwork and a most excellent Agent, Ted Bryan out of Edmonton, Carco was able to put us in a newer vehicle with manageable payments that fit our budget. We are sitting pretty and comfortable in our 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. A big thank you to Carco for your knowledgable staff and Ted Bryan for your amazing and personable costumer service, your friendly advice and all the work you did from your end. No strings, no gimmicks just complete satisfaction.

i will be the first to admit that the idea of online dealerships and buying a vehicle the same way you could order a book or anything else scared me. i was very skeptical. But dealing with April at Carco Auto was amazing. She was very informative and patient in dealing with my concerns and many questions about the process. She is a very comforting voice on the other end of the phone. I actually had the opportunity to meet April in person. She is a very happy outgoing person. A complete joy to deal with. After this experience i would not have any concerns about buying another vehicle from Carco again. I would definitely be calling April.

I am so grateful to have found Carco Auto! I needed to find a vehicle quickly as I was moving and needed to be able to commute to work. Never mind the fact that my credit score was very poor, they somehow managed to still get me an incredible interest rate on my financing! After submitting an initial request for a loan, we were connected with Cody Kotyk from Carco Auto. Because of Cody, we now have a van which fits our needs and we love it! Cody went above and beyond with his service. He helped us secure a loan in a very timely fashion. He was very prompt with returning messages and stayed in contact constantly. From start to finish, the experience was nothing less than both personable and professional. I had a few concerns with purchasing a new vehicle and wanted to be sure everything would be affordable; believe me when I say, those concerns did not last very long after speaking with on of their representatives. I had the gracious opportunity to have Teri Seifert as my case manager, who was nothing but supportive and informative whenever I had questions. She found me the best deal in town I know from personally visiting dealerships, etc and made sure I got a great quote on insurance. The time frame for approval was quick, no hassle with signing documents, there was no rush with having to gather the necessary information or having to send it back immediately. They work with YOU to make things easier. Carco Auto has honestly helped me out tremendously and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Visiting their office proves so; the morale is optimistic and the employees are genuinely there to help people move forward in life. Awesome experience at carco. I was well informed on all of my options and my agent Romeo is so knowledgeable about cars, he was able to help me find a perfect match. Romeo reviewed everything with me very thoroughly before I signed. I felt super confident with his straightforward, honest approach and I know he went above and beyond to get the best car and the best financing options available to me. I wanted to take the time to write a review about Teri at Carco Auto. I had dealt with Teri before when she worked at a different dealership. I had gone in to get into a new vehicle and hopefully lower my interest rate. When I was there, she told me that at that time there wasn’t something that would end up benefiting me. I have now come back to her at Carco. She has helped me get into a beautiful new vehicle and has lowered my interest rate significantly. I love that she is not the type of person to put you into a vehicle that won’t benefit you just to sell a car. She cares about her customers and wants the best for them. She is by far the best I have ever dealt with.
