This Ford dealership went above and beyond. We tried other Ford dealerships, but their customer service was poor. Danielle is the most friendliest and professional service advisor we have ever had. With us going on a trip back to Ontario, we just wanted a piece of mind. She slotted us in and Steven stepped up to the task. He came for a ride with us to determine what the noise might be and was very nice. With an hour left to go in their hours, they sure showed good customer service. We will definitely be back if there is anything else ever wrong with our vehicle. We highly recommend this Ford location to everyone! Great employees KOCH!!!!
Pierre and team were great getting me into an 2022 Lincoln Aviator c/w Monochromatic Package. New vehicles are in tight supply now and I was lucky they had an available one on the lot as I drove up. Timing was also lucky as I got to customize the 3M protection package they apply to new vehicles to my specification at no additional cost. Very happy with the purchase, just waiting to get the winter tires installed so I can enjoy driving it on these January Edmonton streets.
I had a Bronco on order since last November... I was getting nowhere no information with the dealership I ordered it from. I was getting very frustrated, so annoyed. When they called me and I was informed that I needed to go into the dealership to sign paperwork for a 2023, that was the last straw... Then I found KOCH FORD........ I reached out to them, and within minutes I was talking with Andre.. he is simply amazing, made my Bronco shopping life easy. He got me into a 2022 Bronco, and I absolutely love it!! I live in B.C., flew to Edmonton. Andre was there to pick me up at the airport with COFFEE in hand... AMAZING!!! Long story short.... I would highly recommend this dealership as a preferred dealer. Everyone that I dealt with was awesome.. I even had Pat in finance come in and hook me up on his day off??? Wow, simply amazing customer service. If you want to buy a vehicle stress free,. 100% satisfied with the customer service. My husband and I just purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe and it was the smoothest experience ever. Andres, sales professional, guided us throughout the process and has been very friendly, yet professional, and helpful in so many ways. We also interacted with Tyler who took care of the financial part. Again, we were well taken care of. We were impressed with the quality of service and how nice everyone was. From now on, it will be this Koch car dealership or nothing for us. Highly recommend!!
We have been a customer of Koch Ford for 9 years and have bought 2 vehicles and worked through their service department for and service required. Everyone is so accommodating, they truly problem solve and I always love that I see familiar faces when I go in. You truly feel like part of a family. Blair and Paula in service … hands down best customer service I have ever received. Monica in sales was so friendly, knowledgeable and even was great with my hyper kids. Tyler in finance was quick, knowledgeable and went above expectations to get us the best result.
Our sales person Pierre went above and beyond anything we have had with any other vehicle purchase. His knowledge and the way he presented himself were second to none. He made us feel like family!! I've taken my car here twice for minor recalls, and both times the service was quick and professional. They know what they are doing. I drive a PHEV and I have been to other ford dealers in Edmonton who didn't seem to understand my car, but never had that problem at Koch Ford. If you have a Ford hybrid or EV or are interested in one, check these guys out.
Absolutely outstanding service. I went to the dealership for a very low-cost service on a used vehicle I had purchased elsewhere. The whole crew was just beginning to dig into pizzas and while I offered to wait, Ryan interrupted his lunch and insisted that they would begin work on my vehicle immediately. During the check in he discovered there was a recall that they could deal with at the same time. The work was completed in a short time, while I waited, and I was on my way again. While not a regular or longtime customer, Ryan made me feel like my job was the most important thing they had to do that day. Amazing…...
The single worst experience I have ever had at a dealership in my life. My introduction to Koch Ford Lincoln started with the person laughing at me when I told them that I had pulled the door handle off my SUV. I was asked if I had turned into the hulk. Very unprofessional. I was then booked in for an appointment to have the handle replaced but no one bothered to see if they had the part in stock so the work wasn’t completed that day. The second day I came they didn’t order all the parts they needed to complete the work and said that they could just glue it back together for me. If I wanted my vehicle glued back together I would not have come to a dealer ship. Finally on the third trip the work was completed. They quoted me 1 hour work time and it took 1.5 hours. Over the three trips it took 3 hours to have the work done. After I got my vehicle back they had left the old dirty parts on my car seat with nothing under them so I got to clean up the mess. They did reduce the cost of the labor slightly because they felt bad about how many trips I had to make but the damage was done. I was going to write this off and not do a review about this but Koch started texting asking me to.
Andres and his manager showed lots of patience getting me my vehicle even though it took over a month to get everything completed with my work schedule. Had the same level of service after they knew the deal was done and came back for the 3m and ceramic coating on my schedule. Provided a rental for the day and filled the trucks tank for the 2nd time.
