I took my car in for a tire swap and regular maintenance. No issues on the maintenance and pressure on tires were good. However, when I got home to unload the tires, I noticed a big splatter of mud on my door. Not only that, there are now scuff marks on the door which was in perfect condition before.  This is not the first time I got my vehicle back dirty after a service here. I take pride in keeping my car clean and had to speak out this time especially with the damage that was done to it.  Edit: Called in as soon as I saw this and they called me back the next day. Replacement part for the door panel was ordered and was fixed right away when they got the part. Issue was resolved a lot easier than i expected. Only hassle was the damage being done in the first place  Overall, everyone makes mistakes. I'm glad it wasn't a big issue getting it fixed and they were friendly the whole time.

Had an amazing experience at Freedom Ford. I live in Calgary and flew down to Edmonton this past week to pick up my F-150.  Their sales associate Mike was transparent at all times and made the whole process painless. Being from out of town Mike was great at answering all my questions and sending detailed videos of the truck before my arrival to ensure I knew what I was buying.  Seth in finance was amazing to deal with and ensured I was in and out of the dealership in record time with the best deal in hand so that I could hit the road and return home.  The team over at Freedom Ford was a pleasure to deal with and showed that they truly care about their customers. They even checked in with me to ensure I arrived safely home in Calgary as I was driving through a recent snowstorm.  Thanks again to the team at Freedom Ford!

Over the Past 17 month i have tried to buy an F350.  I am from the Vancouver area and for 14 of the 17 months i was working with 2 different dealers to buy a truck.  Neither of them would give me any information about the order even after monthly calls to them.  As i also work in the Edmonton area I was recommended to talk to Camille at Freedom Ford.  Camille was a breathe of Fresh Air.  She was extremely helpful and with energy and enthusiasm as if this was her own vehicle.  With the bad experience I had with the previous dealers, making me wonder if I need to go to other brands of trucks Camille definitely won me back to Ford.  I had lots of questions to do with their delivery schedules from previous orders and she answered them all.  Not only was she helpful up front but she serviced me with a smile right thru till I received my truck.   She told me that the last F350 that was just delivered to their dealership just before i put my order in took just over 3 months from order to delivery.  I was presently shock to hear that my truck took 1 day less then 3 months.   If you are looking for a dealership, even if you are not in the Edmonton area, and for a top notch sales person i highly recommend Freedom Ford and Camille.   Bye the way i loved my road trip back to the Vancouver area as i gave me 12 hours to enjoy my F350 that i waited for for a long time.

Houssen was the salesman who help me during the purchase. Professional and great attitude. I like that they called me several times, during the process to make sure everything goes smoothly. Overall Great experience.  This place is 98% honest , which is higher than industry standard. I would buy from them again.

Jon and Justin were great! They’re both very nice, easy going gentleman. It made my first time buying a vehicle from the dealership a very easy, stress free process. I had a pretty specific vehicle in mind and not once did I feel pressured to purchase my vehicle through them. Both were so patient and thorough with any questions we had. Words can’t describe how wonderful my experience was here at Freedom Ford, the team here is wonderful! It was my first time going to any dealership with not much knowledge on how it would turn out, but it was such a pleasant experience. Mike from sales is a gem, he made the experience absolutely amazing, words really can’t describe it. He helped me figure out what I really wanted in a car and wasn’t pushy. If you plan on buying your first car but don’t really know where to start, definitely come here! The team at Freedom Ford are very friendly and sweet, it made my first ever trip to a dealership, trying to figure out what I wanted such a memorable experience. Everyone at freedom ford was nicevpolite and upfront. Didn't give any hassles. Gotbme a good deal and then got me an even better deal. They looked after the entire process till the deliver time.  And then I was on my way.   I recommend this place.   I buy alot of vehicles, do alot of trades. And this place has taken the number 1 spot on my list of dealers to go too.  Thanks Everyone.

Bought a 2016 F-150 from Mike he was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The whole experience was quick and easy. The sales manager Dave gave me deal that I think was fair for both of us. Vinny in finance was nice and got my approval done quickly. Maybe spent 2 hours at the dealer in total. I will definitely go to Freedom Ford for my next truck.

If I could give 0 starts I would, but I’m writing this review because of the bad customer service I received when I only came in to support my friend. My friend was looking for a vehicle and while she was away, I mentioned how beautiful the Bronco is. The representative told me straight to my face: “No offence, I don’t believe you can afford this vehicle. Maybe try a Bronco Sport”  HOWEVER! I went with a different dealership and I got approved for a Big Bronco.  I do not recommend this dealership whatsoever.
