The BBQ here is great. Brisket and fried chicken are off the charts delicious, ribs are really nice. The problems start with the portions... You usually think BBQ! How could I leave hungry?! Oh you definitely can.. the portions are very small, diet small, and the prices definitely do not reflect that. This is expensive by anyone's standards be ready to pay up for your small portions. The boozy bird is very disappointing and compared to the BBQ very much flavorless. The BBQ comes with no sides, only a very tiny coleslaw. Overall for the food quality, specifically the brisket, this place deserves a 5/5 but with all the small issues I think a 4 is fair. My 1/5 is meant to try and bring the overall rating down a bit... It's too high right now.

Amazing food and amazing bar tenders.. the staff made my friends birthday celebrations even better. Honestly the food is worth the money. We ordered a seafood and a meat platter... so good

Service was great here, even with a packed house. The venue is stunning inside with huge soaring ceilings. Food was great and came promptly after ordering. We had the fishmongers platter and it was amazing...also highly recommend the Korean Fried Cauliflower

Fantastic evening for my wife’s birthday tonight. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to guests with dietary restrictions despite having a large party on the set menu. Everyone loved the atmosphere and was blown away by the food. The snacks and appetizers were inventive and delicious, the octopus was cooked extraordinarily well, and the meat course really impressed everyone. The brisket was so tender, juicy, and flavourful that we wished we weren’t too full to finsh it. Many hadn’t heard of The Carbon Bar, but were looking forward to trying things on the regular menu. Even the vegetarian.

Went for a family birthday. We loved the look and vibe of the place. Sit down restaurant in the back, great bar area in front. Service was attentive and friendly. We loved everything we ate. We also enjoyed the cocktails. There is a must see Bourbon cart that is constantly being wheeled around the restaurant that is crazy impressive.
