Can't speaking highly enough of these guys. Paul and his partners are very knowledgeable, professional and quick to respond to my many phone calls and emails throughout the year. They helped me incorporate my business a year ago and continue to help me on a go forward basis with year end accounting, tax and strategic planning.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would! I have been through quite a few accountants over the years and it always seemed like they were one worse then the other. Finally I decided not to go with any referrals and look for a company on my own. Wow am I glad I did. I found Paul and Capstone online and decided to contact them after I read all the great reviews. Right from the initial phone call Paul made me feel comfortable. He was none judgemental, was ready to listen and full of great advice. By then end of our initial meeting, I knew I had found the right company. In the end, not only did they do an amazing job, but they had it done when they said they would and accurately. Paul even fixed mistakes my last accountant made. I went from being nervous with what the outcome may be, to ready to tackle the next year. I can't thank Paul and Capstone enough for fixing everything for me and doing such an AMAZING job. I would highly recommend Paul and Capstone to anyone who wants their taxes done properly.

Paul from Capstone LLP was so helpful and took the time to explain the various tax rules that applied to my situation. I was working abroad for over 5 years and was very behind on my taxes. Paul handled everything for me and it went very smoothly. I recommend him to anyone who needs an accountant.

I have been working with one of the partners, Paul Robey, for a few years and he has helped me tremendously. He did everything from preparing my corporate tax returns to dissolving one of my older corporations that I no longer needed. Everything was seamless and I highly recommend him and Capstone LLP to everyone with a small business.
