Great little bar. Good vibe and not overpriced. Staff and service were very good. We loved the shots with orange on top forgot the name - ITS A MUST TRY. Will be back next time I'm in Prague. Would highly recommend!

Really nice cheap bar with great ambiance. Would definitely recommend! The place gets packed on a Friday evening though!

Hi everyone! I’d like to tell you my story about “Al Capone’s” bar in Prague. First of all, we had a group of eight people and thought it would be nice idea to make a reservation, since we need more space than usual customers. My friend called the bar number and the personnel was rude towards her. However, we still decided to give this place a try. Once me and my friend arrived, we were unpleasantly surprised that we were given only 2 chairs, 2 small tables and tiny bench seats in the corner. Obviously not enough for 8 people. Then we asked if we could move one table to another site, so we had more place. But the audacity of the personnel was shocking. Waitress with sour face told us “Okay, you can move it but you must drink. Drink a lot”. Once all our friends arrived we started making our orders. Once they were ready, this lady was literally throwing them on our tables. Luckily, nothing was spilled. Also, I was the only person from the whole group who didn’t know Czech language, since I’m a foreigner, so I talked to the waitress in English. She was gone for a while and then came back. I guess it was obvious that I don’t understand a word, but waitress still decided to clarify my order in Czech. Luckily, my friend help me, but I still find it rude and offensive that another person had to clarify MY order instead of me just because of inattentive personnel. Also, as I mentioned there were 8 people. Some of them went outside to breathe fresh air, so some places were empty for a few minutes. The waitress came to us and asked how many people sit there, and we clearly stated that those empty places were taken. However our answer was ignored and a few minutes later she came back and took away one of our tables and given it to other people, so there were left 2 chairs, one bench and small table. Even though one of our friends left shortly, we still hadn’t enough space for all of us. Moreover, of our friends was 7 months pregnant and she had no place to sit once she was back from the short stroll. Luckily, men sitting next to us care more than staff and gave us one chair, so pregnant woman could sit. Before this trip to Europe I thought there is a nice customer service, however I was wrong. I’m disappointed that I and my friends had to face such attitude. I rate this place 2 stars only because of cheap prices and great atmosphere. If a good customer service is your priority — steer clear of this place.

A decent Pub should have decent service. If you are in the mood to watch the bartenders play with themselves and each other while you wait at the bar to place your order, this place is for you. Worst service in Prague!

I love how cheap this place is. It is centrally located and the staff is really nice. The alcohol is bad though I must sadly admit… I come here often to get wasted before a night out. This is not a place to have your signature cocktails haha. It’s also cash only. Edit: i had given this place 4 stars 5 months ago, i have now updated to 5 stars. Been coming here at least once a week. It brings me so much joy!

The greatest waitress in the whole prague and they care about turtles! I love this place so much, and i feel like at home. Can't believe they are so envirnment friendly. Would smash. Love this place

Excellent! A secret Jewel in Prague's Crown. Great atmosphere, cocktails and Staff. It's one reason we will definitely return to Prague. It's called 'Al Capone's' for a particularly interesting reason, but I'm not going to tell here, you'll have to ask Marek owner why?! I highly recommend you go and visit!

Really cheap drinks here and the cocktails are strong! The drinks are nice too. The waitress was nice and pleasant. They don't accept card here

Wow! This place is majestic! We had amazing drinks! The owner is a straight up baller! I could set at this bar and listen to his stories for days! Thank you sir! Absolute class! I will be back! Ps those loud haters on this bar can SMB!!!!

This bar is brilliant we were in Prague for a few days and went here twice because it well priced and large variety or beers cocktails and shorts if this is what you are looking for and you don't want to be robbed for a drink this is the place for you!!!
