Been going here for over a year, they have a friendly, fun and welcoming atmosphere and the training is challenging and rewarding.

Amazing athletic experience. Suited to participants at all levels. Coach Clayton provides a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that promotes success.

Solid WOD’s at this box with a focus on correct technique to avoid injury. Really enjoyed working out in Clayton’s classes during a recent trip to Edmonton, highly recommend this gym. Very welcoming to newcomers.
