I have been to many post offices within the city and this was by far the best experience I've had. I have only been here once, but will be back again because of the amazing customer service I received from a wonderful postal worker named Delina. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with sending a domestic parcel. Thank you for the great experience!

I arrived at this location at 9:01pm My registered mail was sitting on the counter and the lady refused to give me my mail. “Sorry, should have got here a minute earlier” Awesome customer appreciation from an ignorant lady who needs to be either retrained, or fired. How hard is it to reach over with one hand, scan the letter with the other and hand me my mail. What would it take her, 10-15 seconds out of her busy day of playing with her calculator. Canada post failing it’s customers, again....

Awful service! be VERY careful dropping off any expensive items. I dropped off an item to ship to s customer and the lady did not scan it in and asked me to put it in the back... She did not scan it in and so after an hour I called to get her to scan it otherwise Canada Post has no record of it. Her response was that the post office will do it when they receive it at the facility. YOU CANNOT SHP SOMETHING TO A FACILITY THAT YOU HAVE NOT CHECKED IN!!!!! I asked her to scan it in now so I can get proof it has been received by Canada Post and she said OK THEN and hang up on me. I will NOT take my items there again ever!

Updating my review as someone tracked it down and got it delivered Christmas Eve! Now that's how to turn a one star to a five star! Original review Sent a parcel to my mom on December 2nd, courier leaves a key to an empty parcel holding box, driver is replaced the next day and says he will look into it. Then ghosts. Call the office and they have no way to either look up if a delivery was made that day for my mom, and no record of a delivery currently pending. How can all three points of contact be this useless?

Rude rude service from one lady. She has lost my things and then I get a call from another lady stating she had found it yet the other lady accused me of already picking up the parcel and made me feel like a criminal. Terrible terrible service to say the least. Rest of the staff are great but because of this one lady I give it a 1 star rating.

I use this Post Office whenever I need to send parcels or buy stamps and have never had a bad experience. Often I am helped by Zeenat, who although soft-spoken, is always very kind and answers any questions I have.

First of all i can understand aging workers , i'm one, still working construction and don't have a problem, but how bad is it when you don't have the energy to pick up the phone, i literally called from in side the store and watched her do nothing, unfortunately i tried this more then once and still nothing lol when i asked why nothing but attitude, PLEASE tell me where i can sign up for this job, ridiculous.

The employee middle eastern old lady is very impolite and not helpful. I was charged more than I would have because she keeps on giving me different information. She didn’t even gave me any options. She’s very lazy at helping people and even have a grumpy face. I’m not going back here because of her. Very rude and bad experience

SO SLOW! Honestly THE slowest postal outlet I've ever been to. Waited at least 25 minutes for the postal outlet employee an older woman to process 1 parcel for the person ahead of me. The employee was also very unclear and impolite to the customer as well, and I didn't understand why... the customer was really respectful and calm, and asked the postal employee realistic questions like "how long will this take to get to the UK, and how much will this cost". Unbelievable... I mean, if you don't like your job, or your having a bad day, please don't take it out on the public!

I usually send things out a couple times a month and I always dread coming here because of the staff. They are way too nosey about what is in my package. I acknowledge that there are items not allowed to be mailed but they dont need ask specifically what Im mailing out. Its none of your business. I try and give a vague description but unless I tell them what specifically I am sending out they refuse to send it for me.
