I’ve been seeing Dr. Moore for three years. She always addresses any concerns and has an excellent bedside manner. I’ve never had any issue speaking to her or her nurse via phone. I recommend anyone who asks to her and will continue to do so.
She should definitely have a 5 star, I love her sooooo much. This was my first pregnancy and she was nothing but amazing for me and baby boy. Every check up was amazing, she’s always concerned. And my delivery was amazinggg even though I was terrified lol her and the nurses made the experience wonderful. Love you Dr.Moore!!! Thank you -Antoinette Broughton
Dr Moore was my OB for my first son . I loved her . She is patient & is very upfront about everything. I can reach her anytime anything is wrong. I’ve referred plenty people to her & I look forward to her delivering my children in the future! EDIT: Dr. Moore and her nurses are extremely helpful with everything! I can go to her for EVERYTHING! She is by far the BEST OBGYN I have ever dealt with! Also, Nurse Hannah is so kind and amazing! I really value these two individuals, they made my pregnancy soo easier 10/10 recommend!
I am shocked that doctor Candace Moore does not have 5 stars. I love this doctor. I had a really tough pregnancy, and she was amazing through the whole thing. I put my trust in her and she took care of everything. I went to her before I was pregnant and was sold from the beginning. She takes the time to explain every detail and will sit with you as long as you have questions, not rushed, and is patient. She will refer you out for whatever is necessary to other doctors I now trust , thanks to her. I recently went to her other new office location in prairieville, and that office location was way less crowded and very clean and new. The staff at the new office were helpful. Highly recommend doctor Moore.
I found dr Moore searching the web, I was very nervous my first appointment with her but she made me feel very comfortable and she actually took the time to explain what was going on with my pregnancy. She has great! Bedside manners and won’t make you feel rushed during your appointments. The office staff and nurses are very caring and supportive as welI! I look forward to delivering day!
She’s good with general checkups but when it came down to delivering my baby at Oshner Baptist I had a terrible experience. The biggest issues were more with some of the nurses and overall lack of care. There were many instances of medical neglect which led to many issues with me and my babies health. I will never deliver at Oschner Baptist again and have quit going to Dr. Moore.
It is clear that Dr. Moore prefers to communicate Only through the hospital portal/email, so if you call the office multiple times requesting a call back, you will not get one from her or her nurse. This has happened to me twice! I’m just not used to that‍I prefer talking to someone over the phone vs. email. While waiting a week for her office to call back, I scheduled an appointment with another Dr. whose nurse called me back right away.
I switched to Dr. Moore and The General from Woman’s and I could not be happier or more thrilled with that decision. She is caring, takes plenty of time and I have referred mutiple people to her.
Was my favorite obgyn I just love her
