Excellent customer service with everything too offer. I have purschased bikes from bikeworks 15+ years plus ago still receive the same great service then as you do now. Adam sized me up for a new scott bike also purchased a yakima rack which he installed on my car and even put bike on my jetta. I will definetly return for business. Thanks to these great guys who got a old rider bike into the sport. Prices are great and knowledge is key thank you for setting me up.

My initial quote was expensive, but not unreasonable. The work ended up being $30 over that quote, and I wasn't given the chance to approve the extra job. The real kicker though is that I got my bike back in unrideable condition.

Great service, knowledgeable. Need to order things into the store more than expected (high-end/old stuff), but it all gets there fast.
