Love Dufresne Furniture in kenora. Trish Iggulden is the best. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She takes her time to help you choose just exactly what you want and need. She has a talent for interpreting what you describe and finding the exact thing you are looking for. She is a great asset to this comoany.

A repeat customer, I always look forward to working with Kevin. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I've always appreciated his honesty. The one time we had someone else try to help us was not helpful at all. I would suggest that Dufresne revise their procedures - if a customer doesn't buy from you and comes back to buy something else from someone else, you didn't earn a portion of their commission. You did a bad job and should not be rewarded.

Kevin Boutette was an absolute pleasure to shop with. He was attentive, thoughtful, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. He made the entire experience painless and easy. I recommend Kevin to anyone I cross paths with looking to furnish their space & a smooth shopping process. I will definitely go back to him the next time I'm in the market for new furniture.
