Great customer service, very helpful. The selection of clothes could of been a bit better in store as I had a hard time finding items in my size but I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to order these items online in the proper size and have them delivered at my door. This made my life so easy and I appreciated it. The only thing that sucked is that I received one of my items and a piece of the belt was obviously missing. No it was not in the bag lol ... I wonder why they still shipped it to me even if it was obviously damaged and why I still paid the original price on a damaged item?! Now I have to bring it back. Mistakes happen so I won't fuss too much over it. I had an overall good experience and I will be back.
Best customer service. Great clothes and perfect for bra shopping
Service was okay. But now Pennington and Addition-Elle have the same exact cloth for half the store. Not impressed!

The staffs at The Pennington on Boul.Greber the most friendly staff ever. There treat you are family. And the price were reasonable.
