We love Cleve's for the event like the second sneakers for a loonie. We often waiting for this event which is on quite often we find and renew our sneakers. It's great for a family. However I found it's hard to find good clothing there. But I guess the shoes and hockey section really benefit the local.

I went on a Monday evening and enjoyed how calm the store was. I appreciate how late they stay open through the week. The two staff members greeted me when I arrived and checked in just the right amount of times as I wandered and browsed. They helped me find what I was looking for and answered my questions about what they do and don't stock. Great experience.

I walked into your store this morning and was not greeted or even acknowledged by any of the 3 staff members standing at the counter staring at their phones. I went to the sneaker section and still no one came to assist. Finally I just walked out without buying anything and went elsewhere. I will not shop here again. Terrible non existent customer service

Very poor selection & sizes in men’s sneakers but customer services was even worse. Had to go out back to get someone who seemed very put off. His advice was come back in New Year maybe we will have more selection.

Super friendly staff and they can do amazing skate sharpening, make sure to ask for Evan!

I am always met with a smile when I come to Cleves. The knowledgeable staff have always been quick to help me with everything I need!

Great service from the younger fella there on Saturday morning even gave me a nice discount on my skates and shoes. Thanks buddy.
