Value Village

It is a good place to shop. If you are not fussy you will almost always find what you need. It is used stuff after all. It seems to help to go regularly as the selection changes cause of the type of store. Found a nearly new pair of childs skates for $10 once.

Interesting concept. Nice big space and seems well laid out. Was looking for old Christmas CD'S and actually found one. Staff was helpful. Lots of parking. Sorta out of the way. Hope it's on a bus route since it is a great service for people in need. Lots of staff on the floor but only one cash open.

Very cool store. Personally I love looking at used/old stuff and this place is great for getting old/used stuff. The staff is nice and the store is gennerally clean. Usually you will find somthing REALLY good and for cheap to so if you like looking at used stuff this is the place to go.

They are selling donated goods for prices comparable to giant tiger. I went in to look for a cheap pair of gym sneakers as I had forgotten mine in Halifax. I found one pair in my size, a dirty pair of new balance sneakers; complete with mud from the previous owners last run. They were 21.99. I went to Wal-Mart and bought a new pair of off brand running shoes for 24$ +tax.

Hit or miss some times. I love the VV, and Fredericton's is one of the cleanest. I find it's getting more and more expensive though for second hand stuff.
