Mr. Lube in Walmart

Fast, friendly service , resonably priced , To Lew Albani , u dont have to walk all the way around to the Walmart entrance , the garage door is open to get to there office , u probably didnt know that so u walked all the way around for nothin. U should change ur review cuz its ur mistake not Mr Lubes.

Showed up today with a tire emergency and they had about 6 people standing around fixing one car and they told the one guy before us that he would have to wait or leave his vehicle there with them until Monday. I understand its Sunday but really this is horrible customer service and it dosent look good on the company to have guys standing around doing nothing.

Horrible. Bare bones staff wait times are ridiculously long compared to other locations. Staff is not very friendly and has zero customer service skills. Staff literally advised me they are going to close down this location and I should go elsewhere for my oil change. Pathetic.

The job was done well, but the wait for service was a long time for a "minute lube". I expect they, like others, need more staff.

The oil pan cover needed to be reattached after going over a speed bump in the parking lot. They reattached it using tie wraps. No charge for this.

This place was so overpriced compared to everywhere else I will literally learn to do oil change for the price they charge I would never tell anybody to come here and the fact that I would have to walk all the way around to Walmart doors and not the actual mr line doors that are for that BuisnessService: Oil change

I took my son's car to Mr Lube next to the Walmart in Stouffville to get a washer fluid pump issue looked at today. Though there wasn't a mechanic available at the time, the service professional went above and beyond to try to troubleshoot the issue for any small things that might resolve the concern, for example, blocked or disconnected tubes. He even topped up the washer fluid, and all at no charge. This all took 5-10 minutes, but I felt like a valued customer, and the strong desire for the service professional to help me resolve the issue was very palpable. Excellent customer experience!

Had a last-minute need to have a shop swap my tires since one was stuck - called ahead and Neal said if I got there in time they could fit me in before closing if all went well. Well sure enough, these guys had everything done nice and quick! I was very specific in asking which tires to go where, they gave me no trouble and did exactly as requested. They gave me the impression of a hard-working team that doesn’t cut corners or try to leave early after a hard day’s work. They could have said there wasn’t enough time and they weren’t accepting customers so close to closing time, especially after such a busy day - but they didn’t! And as a result I’m very grateful!

1. No way to walk in right now, have to parking the car at Lube door and walk over 500 step in to walmart door then go through to Lube. 2. No owener there, that why the staff they dont care the clients 3. If you dont have the inforation of the car, you have to go back the car then go back the to Lube by the stupid way before. I will update the star if i see your business make something change. Dont do business like this, you burn your money
