The Home Depot

My husband and I went to Home Depot to buy some supplies to fix our sump pump. A guy named Brent helped us out....he was fabulous! He helped us find exactly what we wanted and made sure we had everything we needed before walking away. Brent was personable, friendly and we had a great conversation. Even though he was in the middle of something when we approached him, he dropped everything to give us a hand.

I went to Home Depot on Sunday to get information on an exterior door including installation. No one was in the department so I asked st the front for assistance. They sent a person to meet me in the department. However the person did not know anything about the products. So he took my name and phone number and said someone would call me on Monday. This is Thursday and no phone call. So I have ordered the door elsewhere. This was disappointing as Home Depot is one of my favourite stores.

I went into home depot looking for a few things to finish off my garden, I found the associate by the name of Kayleigh and she was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and brought me to a few other things that I didn't even think I would've needed, definitely love the vibes she gave off and will shop there again!! I walked in overwhelmed and she met all of my needs! I will be going back to see her again in coming weeks.

Terrible customer service. if you don't go in wearing your fanciest get up, You'll be left standing around like you don't have any value.nnWas attempting to buy 3k in wire and used everything in the store for alerting an employee and as one finally approached me they where waved away by some person needing a door handle.nnI'll do anything I can to avoid using this location again. I will also be closing my pro account.

Wanted to say a Big Thank You to Hannah in Customer Service at the Owen Sound Home Depot. Approx. 2 weeks ago we had a mix up with a telephone order our fault and she went above and beyond to help us fix and replace the order for pickup. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Sure hope her supervisor gets to see this! Smile.
