RONA Quincaillerie C. Bélanger Ltée

I ordered 15 pieces of wood. After being assured my order was ready and prepared, I paid. Going to pick up, the foreman had no idea what was going on. The “prepared” order took 30 minutes to locate, and was covered in ice and stuck together, in a puddle. Even the court staff was amazed. When I went back inside to inquire about different wood and why my order was not prepared I was told it “wasn’t prepared because it wasn’t prepared” and the new wood I had requested that was cracked was due to weather problems. I received no help. Disgusted. Don’t go here, customer service is clearly not a priority. EDIT: Three years later, their customer service is "contacting the store" and never actually got back to me. The comment they left on this review was lip-service. Oh well!

Friendly staff and good service. Prices are a little on the high side if you compare to Canadian Tire or Home Depot, but the location is very convenient if you live in the neighbourhood.
