If I could give this store and the store manager negative stars I would. Terrible customer service..... refuse to honour rain cheques and zero assistance. Will not be returning.

Very disappointed with their automotive technicians and GM, we purchased a vehicle which had been certified at the Port Perry location approx 40 days prior, ( they are only valid for 36 days) took the vehicle to our mechanic for an updated certification and low and behold it needed manifold replacement( broken studs) wheel bearing, lower ball joints...... So we spoke to the service manager whom forwarded us on to the manager who never returned our calls for 5 days after he said he would respond( we called back) he even said he remembered the vehicle coming in... ( strange as he is the GM) could not help us, though clearly all of these items did not fail with the limited mileage put on by the previous owner...... Warning..... They do not care.... Find a mechanic you trust, stay away from CTC
