After witnessing numerous accounts of discrimination and direct disrespect while dealing with our communities most vulnerable people I have now went to the College of pharmacists about Saeed Zafar Ali - Pharmacist and Owner’s poor unproductive and unprofessional conduct.nSure miss what shoppers used to be .nDo better!!

Only getting a 2 star because the people working were nice but I asked to use the customer washrooms which was located way in the back. By the state of the washroom, I could only assume it was for employees only. The lady assured me it was the customer washrooms.nnI have attached photos of the state of the washroom. I am currently 9 months pregnant and really had to use the washroom, this is what I walked into. You honestly judge a place by the state of the washroom and if this was it, I could only imagine what cleaning actually gets done.nnThe toilet paper was sitting on the sink ledge instead of where it should have been; secured and clean.

Passport photos are out of spec per passport canada requirements, unfortunately I did not have the requirements with myself at the time and trusted that SDM would know how it should be!nAnd no refund from SDM :

Always massive pharmacy lines. Prices are sky high. Lie about how long your prescription will take.

You have to pick your times. It’s like any business, if you go after work, so does everyone else. Always had great service at pharmacy and post office
