i had a very lousy experience with this store i bought a turtle beach headset from this store tried to return and the one young told me i could return the item as a turtle beach policy prevented it i got in touch with turtle beach and was told by a gentlemen that they had no such i decided to phone the store and that made it evident that i was lied to by the store as its a store policy that you can not return open packages to the store
