Still rather slow (standard) letter and package delivery. Very expensive international postcard rates.

Very efficient and friendly. The fact that it is located in a neighbourhood pharmacy makes it very accessible and convenient. Parking is easy and you walk right in instead of wasting time in a huge mall.

Absolutely horrific experience. I drove all the way and was told by an old lady behind the counter with a very stern face that the place was cash only for the fee under 2 dollars. Since I only brought my credit card without any cash, they refused to proceed. Never had I been refused by using credit in any other Canada Post offices.

People shouldn't be representing Canada Post in customer service if they can't be friendly and helpful. The older lady at this location only says hi to people she knows, is extremely unfriendly to everyone else... Acts like you're bothering her when you come to the counter. Go to the Rexall location on 152nd instead. They're always helpful and have heard of common courtesy 😊

Change your website hours..your sign on the door says you're closed Saturdays!!!!
