Review for Canad Inns Destination Centre Polo ParknnRooms were clean and spacious. Waterslide was silky smooth and fun. Staff were friendly. Strong security presence and a convenient location close to downtown.nnBreakfast was very poorly communicated. The menu listed a holiday breakfast buffet, but there was no holiday buffet. Staff said it wasn’t offered because “it’s not really a holiday,” which directly contradicts what’s printed on the menu. We were also told twice in advance that a $4.99 breakfast was available, which also turned out to be incorrect.nnGood hotel overall, but the breakfast information was inconsistent and Frustratingly more expensive.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. Easy to find, close to the airport. Lots of shopping and different restaurants in the area. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.nnThere was a graduation happening the first night we were there and it looked like a perfect place to hold an event like that. I'm suspecting this was the reason for some of the loud guests in the hallway.

I had an exceptional stay here, and I want to give a special shout-out to the Front Office Manager Mandy Wong.n​As I am in Winnipeg for work, a quiet environment is crucial for my performance. After I shared my concerns about the noise, she handled the situation with incredible professionalism and efficiency, personally ensuring I was moved to a much quieter room on the 6th floor. Thanks to her decisive action, I had the best sleep in a long time, which allowed me to stay sharp and productive for my work the next day.n​It is rare to find a leader who truly listens and goes above and beyond to solve problems for guests. Her dedication to excellence significantly elevated my experience. I highly recommend this hotel for any business travelers, and I hope the management recognizes her outstanding leadership and contribution to the team!

I have to say, I'm a flight attendant. I traveled a lot obviously. But I was really shocked to see how disgusting this pool was. The bathroom. Hair floating in the pool, dirty bandaid all over the pool area. Earplugs left on the floor dirty towels everywhere garbage everywhere the next morning. I went back down again. Nobody even cleaned it at night. The security guard came in, shut off all the lights, and we had to try and find our stuff in the dark. And make our way up to our rooms. This absolutely was the worst hotel I have ever been in. Absolutely blew my mind!!!
