Canad Inns Destination Centre Polo Park

I attended an annual general meeting here. The food and service were excellent. Great atmosphere. Ample parking. Nice clean bathroom facilities. Their restaurant meals and service were a good value.

Plenty of parking even though there were multiple events occurring. The food was average hotel food, salad and dessert bars were clean and full. The placement of our particular hall is a little weird since you have to pass the restaurant to get into the room. Either than that, no complaints.

We enjoyed the Friday night seafood buffet.It was little pricey but in comparison for all you can eat crab it was well worth the cost. We would definitely go back.

We got to check in early. Rooms were a decent size. Super fast water slide. Lots of parking

Horrible, traumatizing experience here. Lounge staff are very rude! Even when spoken to in a professional manner, I was talked down to and made out to feel like an idiot. When asked about the drink menu one of the bartenders asked my sister for a second piece of identification because she said, "I've never met a twenty three year old that doesn't know what a paralyzer is." in a very rude tone I might add. The bartenders actually laughed at me and my sisters after I brought up their behaviour with the assistant manager. There was also an assistant duty manager who asked us, "Do you pick on all the staff here?" Worst experience ever! The entire staff needs to be retrained on how to carry themselves in front of customers! Hopefully it will be resolved because I used to enjoy coming here.
