I had an issue with a non working product I bought from their website raspberry pi,. I emailed them about it and and actual human person responded within minutes. That is not an exaggeration. I got a response and a resolution IN MINUTES.  Incredible service. Thank you.

Always happy to deal with Cana Kit.  They are real people not a giant corporation.  They also seem to get newly-released Raspberry Pi products sooner than anybody else in North America.  Also, they shipped by second day air to USA, which was very nice.

I had a non-working board right out of the box, but after contacting Cana Kit, I received an excellent help from Mike, and had my replacement very promptly. Thanks!
