The Best Buy Mobile is conveniently located right inside the Pacific Centre. Right now only 2 customers allowed inside the store. Limited selection compare to other Best Buy stores. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lot of different plans to choose. Perfect place if you just arrived to vancouver and need new canadian phone and plan!

I really like the service from Assistantstore manager Binisha. She spent over 3 hours helping me figure out plans and do data transfer

This was a small store inside pacific center. The customer service was just an excellent experience as Salvie was kind, knowledgeable and helped me find the best deal. Admist the pandemic the store took all precautions and was clean and limited customers at a time. I am happy with my service and my new phone.
