Staff are knowledgeable to sell the speakers and let me to try the music on my phone. Probably Bose likes to hire staff or train them to be technical, they are not warm or courteous. It is like talking to a robot. I am a woman and I won't buy anything without a happy sales rep to drive me to pay.
Arrogant sales person here, unlike the other two guys here, he is bigger and does not care. We drove from Surrey to here, looking to buy a good headset. However, the stupid salesperson did not offer any help but only threw us cold face. I am pretty sure that this store would never be my choice in the future!
Nice store. Friendly staff. Wayne was very helpful explaining each line of products and very knowledgable. Great experience!
