Always great knowledgeable service. They may not be the cheapest , but who wants the cheapest! I know they will give the right diagnosis and the right fix. Not upsell on unnecessary repairs and maintenance like the dealers. They always have been very honest with everything they have fixed with my BMWs over the years!

Great communication, fast service. However high markup on parts. This shop wanted to charge me $600 for 6 coil packs. I bought all 6 on amazon for $190 shipped exact same part and brand. I have no issue paying $105/hr for skilled labour, but a 200%+ markup on parts is alot.

Great service, knowledgeable staff, fair prices. When I developed a problem with my X3's battery, they quickly made room for me to bring my car in despite being very busy. The car was fixed very quickly and available before it had been promised.

Fantastic place with some extremely passionate and knowledgeable people working there. I started going to the Duss brothers shop when I was in high school and fixing up a 318 beater - They treated me extremely well as a kid with little money and provide the same great respectful service as an adult.
