Camp Maple Mountain was purchased by Geo Mortgage and Realty Inc. in April 2012 and is now being sold by co-ownership sites. Camp Maple Mountain is an 85 acre park in Greater Sudbury with 100 camp site lots for sale.

Private from the public, great neighbors. It's basically a gated community of awesome people. Nice beach, great fishing lake, bathrooms and showers for everyone, live bands in community hall on some weekends. Lots of events throughout the summer, great sense of community while having your own privacy. What more could you want from a campsite?
Great place to have your family and friends. It is a gated community so you will need a member or connections to get in. Beautiful lake where you can enjoy Canada day fireworks around 10pm. Cheers

Very nice campground just not enough to make me pull the trigger and buy a spot. You need to take a look if you are looking for a spot that you own.
Nice spot close to town. Filled with great owners and friendly people. Nice that you have a say in the direction the park is headed.
Favourite place in the world. I'd live there all year long if I had the set up. And some people do.
