Calla's Palace

The bed was lovely, but the breakfast was of my own preparation, the food having been left upstairs for me. As far as bed and breakfast go, Calla's got the correct half of the equation, if you're going to shirk. A nicer little town with a nicer proprietor you couldn't find, but of course it comes with its own quirks.

Great location, withing walking distance to downtown. Clean and friendly atmosphere.

Good quality for the price. Welcoming owner. Keep in mind you'll share the bathroom. We'd go again, no doubt.

Very affordable..great host .. great location.. pet friendly.. Very unique and quaint place to stay.. we really enjoyed our two days in Jasper staying here. Super great value.. Host went out of her way to make sure there was a bottle of Champaign waiting for our anniversary.. so helpfully

Only one bathroom for the whole house. We felt we was using the owners bedroom. The tv wasn't working. A lot of TLC was needed, bedside light had to be propped up against the wall, the toilet seat was loose, tap dripping in the bath, shower was stiff to operate, could only use kettle or toaster, not both together, a little cool in the room, the closet had clothes in it, not ours. Glasses were supplied for breakfast, not sure what for, the breakfast was, tea, hot chocolate, hot/cold cereal, toast and jam, an apple, an orange or a banana. We had to wait till the late afternoon to get more tea bags, and clean cups, used a cup to get water for the kettle, from the bathroom. Not sure why it is called, " CALLAS PALACE ".
