Mount Robson Inn

My husband and I spent four nights here. we originally started in a very small room but when we talked with the front desk manager, Irene, she moved us to a much nicer room with a fireplace and a little sitting area. We have been very happy. The continental breakfast is great! It’s more of an upscale continental breakfast. Walking distance to the restaurants and shops. It was wonderful to have laundry on site as we will be traveling for two weeks. And having two hot tubs was a wonderful amenity with a view of the mountains!

We’ve been to Jasper many times but this was the first time we stayed at Mount Robson Inn and we will definitely be staying here again! Super friendly staff. Room was clean, cozy with all the amenities you’d expect. Staff was very accommodating and let us check in early. The free breakfast was delicious! Lots of variety daily and nice seating area! Overall one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had at a national park!

This is a great inn stay in Jasper. Room is a bit on the smaller side but it is 100% functional and clean. Front desk service is exceptional. Included Breakfast is great and service is faultless with all items restocked. Room soundproofing is great despite our room being closest to road. Overall would stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights, the staff are very friendly! The hotel was amazing. Our room was huge, we selected the king bed and a jet tub in suite and it was perfect as we did some hiking, it worked amazing. The only thing that was not the best was the shower, there was black build up in the corner of the shower and the shower head leaked. The breakfast in the morning was very tasty! Overall 10/10 not to mention the price for his room was amazing! Very affordable and right off the Main Street. We will definitely stay here again! We have already recommended this hotel to our other friends and family

Our stay at this hotel was elevated by the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Their warmth, cheerfulness , and genuine hospitality was welcoming and made our visit enjoyable. We had an minor issue with our TV that was rectified immediately by the maintenance staff when we left for day of skiing. The room was modern, clean and quiet. We stayed mid week and was very quiet but I could see the parking becoming a little bit of an issue when the hotel is busy but a minor detail for a great place. We are in Jasper about 6 times a ski season and this is our new go to for staying in Jasper. Many thanks to the staff for make it a great holiday and we will see you soon!
