Calgary Weight Management Centre is a patient focused weight management facility that provides comprehensive and realistic weight loss and weight maintenance programs. We help people make a LASTING change.
With personalized plans that address the medical, nutritional, fitness and psychological aspects of weight control, we assist individuals to reduce their weight, modify behaviour and re-learn fundamental life skills to support them in maintaining their weight and re-establishing balance and fulfilment in their lives.
We do not promote quick fixes or “dieting”. We encourage a healthy rate of weight loss – and we aim to provide you with specific and individualized tools that will help you to maintain your healthy lifestyle changes in the long run. We do not use any form of herbal or other supplements, prepared meals, injections etc.
Medical consultations with Physicians including complimentary support sessions with Health Consultants, Individual Nutrition Counselling with Registered Dietitians, Individual and Group Counselling with Registered Psychologists, and individual customized coaching with Exercise Physiologists.
