Horrible place counselors are good but never call you back to set up meetings the front secatary has no clue what's going on and can't relay mesagges properly I went here and try to get my third meeting with them for over two months with no call backs I called over a dozen times

I love CMHA!. The Recovery College is amazing and the peer support program is inspiring and brillent. Peers are very caring and real. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to work on their cognitive health. Thank you again for all the hard work you do!

Any stress or issues you have in life. big or small, family or work, this is the perfect place to check out. Grab a coffee, sit and ponder or talk with incredible peer support people who are always ready to have an insightful chat with you.
