Lukas, of Calgary Computer Doctor is absolutely excellent! Tremendous value. Lukas is very efficient and laser focused on the computer issue. I am 60 y/o and Lukas provides the best computer support I have ever experienced.

They are not even close to "IT professionals". If you have ever been to their studio, you will know that they don't have any devices or equipment for diagnosing or repairing computers. The only thing they can do is simply replacing the components one by one to find out the problematic one, using the method of exclusion like a group of amateurs. And after that, don't expect them to fix the hardware. You have to buy a new one anyway.

Brought my dell laptop to Lukas because of a bad power port yup. Dropped it. Lukas fixed it quickly and his price was right.

They have a very quick service. I submitted my laptop in the morning and got it fixed by evening.

My laptop had an issue with the hinge and needed a screen replacement. Lucas was able to help with everything in just 1 night over the weekend for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend

Cheaper alternative compared to Memory Express and other computer repair shops

Not being tech savvy, I contacted Calgary Computer Doctor for guidance in purchasing a new computer. Lukas came to my home the very next day to assess my current computer and my requirements. Rather than having to buy a new computer Lukas replaced one of the drives, cleaned up and set up several applications I had not been able to access and gave me valuable instructions. My company now works way better than it ever did for a quarter of the cost of a new computer! The best phone call I could have made! Lukas is professional, personable and brilliant at his trade! I strongly recommend his service!
