Jim knew exactly how to repair my laptop and got it done in a few hours, would recommend him to any of my friends or family.
I cannot recommend Jim highly enough. I had issues with my five year old iMac running very slowly. Jim did a complete and thorough diagnostic and it is now running as though it were brand new. Service was personable, detailed and prompt. Do not hesitate to use Jim for any of your computer needs and spread the word around!
Excellent service! Jim provides easy to understand options for correcting PC issues and the in-home services option couldn't be better. My laptop is better than it has ever been. Highly recommend CloudCraft.
