Renz was absolutely so amazing! He help to recover all my files from my broken Surface and put my mind at ease. Professional, curious, knowledgeable and just so nice to deal with.
Brought my 3 Apple devices to Renz at 10 am this morning. I needed my devices to be all synced & a mirror image of each other. Renz called at 5 pm to say it was all done after a long download. Renz explained exactly how he made all the devices sync & gave great suggestions on what I needed to do when I got home. I would definitely recommend & will return for future needs to Renz & Eurotech for computer repair!!
The battery in my iPad was no longer holding a charge, but the iPad was still working fine so I was reluctant to buy a new one. I discovered iBroken close by in Signal Hill and took it in to see what could be done. They replaced the battery overnight, and the new battery has made such a difference. Excellent, courteous service that included an assessment of the condition of my iPad. Everything was explained up front, so no surprises. I’m very satisfied, and happy to recommended them!
Fixed my iPhone 12max pro back screen. After the fix my camera started taking blurry photos and the flash light not working. They said I should bring the phone back but they wanted me to pay for the parts after my gadgets stopped working after them trying to fix my phone
Best service. Couldn't charge my phone at all and they fixed it in 30 minutes. Thank you.

Renz Hilao was so professional and efficient!
An unfortunate series of events ended up in my phone being run over by a car and my screen so cracked I was getting shards of glass in my fingers. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Mick was very knowledgeable, understanding and told me all of my options without making me feel pressured to do the most. He was very personable, down to earth and professional throughout the entirety of the interaction and made sure I was aware and comfortable with any procedures that would be taken during the repair process. I’ll 100% be returning for any future needs.
Brandon was very professional and friendly. He was also knowledgeable about his product selection and completed my service work on time. I would definitely recommend this company for your iPhone repair needs. Thank you, Brandon!
Great place. Walked in with an iPhone in need of a new battery and very quickly Brandon ran tests to diagnose the phone. I left my phone with him and within 45 minutes it was ready for pick up.
