Delicious custard tarts! Flakey shell with excellent creamy filling. I like that unlike other places their tarts aren’t overly sweet. Bonus points for giving us a lovely box that’s perfect for gifting. The young woman behind the counter was helpful.

Tasty Portuguese tarts! Delicious filling and not overly sweet. They also have a Nutella option as well as the original custard. Service was very good as well! Highly recommend it to satisfy a sweet tooth.

Delicious food, good coffee, staff busy - so not super friendly. Tables not bused and floor had garbage on it...but it was really busy in there, so maybe they just hadn't had time to get to things yet. Great place to have a delectable nibble.

I went here with my partner as we wanted to try a different cafe than the usual Starbucks. Either the staff here are underpaid or going through a negative life event cos they are very miserable. We were asking about the types of coffee offered and she was least interested in conversing. I got a latte and a sausage bun. The latte is average and the bun was served cold. She didn't even bother asking to warm it up and I was in no mood to talk to her given the previous conversation. Food: 2/5 Staff: 1/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Overall: 3/5 It's a pity that an uninterested staff can ruin your experience to such extent cos they have some yummy pastries that I wanted to try.

Good bread and tarts, but sad service lol. Some of the staff there were miserable. It was actually kind of sad seeing a girl glare at the pastries. Try the other location by Dundas and Willard Ave if you’re also not a fan of miserable staff.

Great coffee, coconut deserts, excellent sourdough crusty buns.

Visited a week and a half ago, they charged me full price for 6 macaroons I picked up for a treat for my mom. They were rock hard stale save for ONE. Why are you selling these instead of tossing them out? I had to buy about $20 of food to throw out, you shouldn't inflict this on customers, unacceptable.

Every time we go there we are so dissapointed. Its our local bakery however the service is terrible. The workers are very rude and look like they hate their jobs. When we order a breakfast sandwiches they come with black/charcoal overdone eggs and every time they make a mistake with the order forget to put something in. It would be nice to walk in and feel welcomed or have the girls show a smile at times. Instead they ignore and rudely take your order. Hopefully things could change and the owner could hire people with good customer service skills.

I got two different breads but theye weren't enough baked! And also disappointed taste.

Staff never wear their smiles and not friendly at all.. looks like they're not happy with what their doing.. she'd say hi, thank you, next.. LoL
