Caffe Prego

I have been coming to this restaurant for the past couple of months and I must tell everyone about this hidden jewel. From the first moment I walked there, service has been amazing. The owner is very funny and friendly. Staff are very professional and friendly to their customers. And the main thing… THE FOOD! Unbelievable quality of Polish cuisine. Each time I dine in here, I feel the taste of my mom’s cooking. Job well done guys Caffe Prego! You will be seeing me more often. Support Local Business my friends! Great place to hang out. Cool staff. The smoothie was good, so was the omelette. Access to the book store, grocery store. My friend had a croissant and a latte. No complaints. We went at 11 and we had no problems with seating.

Cute little cafe in Central Mississauga. Very warm and welcoming vibe inside, staff was very nice. Their menu offers both hot and cold coffees, will definitely be going back. They even have pickles on the counter!!

My mum and I just had breakfast this morning, and it was a very lovely experience. The service was great - the individual who helped us was so caring. We had egg salad sandwiches, cappuccino, homemade banana bread, and roasted potatoes. Everything was delicious! The café is nicely decorated for the holidays and it felt homey. Thank you and we will be back!

Big price increases. Soup and sandwich lunch special with two drinks over 40.00. The tuna was no more than a tablespoon with carrots. No butter on toast as per request. Served wrong soup. Had to ask for the water and cup for tea. Cream is now 50 % milk and the rest is a milk blend for coffee. Had to ask for butter served cold not spread as in toast tried to put knife in soup to hear it up. You just can’t increase your prices and cut back like it’s a kid’s sandwich. Less than impressed with new ownership service, price and quantity. The cafe updates are lovely. The coffee blend is tasty. Normally the hot lunch portions and quality and quantity in the past have been great.

We actually took out my husband picked up our order which we chose in store while I shopped in Starskys. We totally loved our cabbage rolls, roasted potatoes and sauerkraut. Awesomely delicious. Really rivals my home cookingFood: 5/5

I went there 2 times and decided not to come back. Even tho the place is cute and cozy, the staff are unprofessional and unfriendly, long faces, no manners, not helpful at all, keep talking very loud in Russian or Ukrainian. Food is expensive. Not a great experience.

Polish comfort food. Fast, delicious and good value. Had the pork schnitzel with buckwheat and vegetables, plus the cabbage rolls were huge, it was a bit dry, but still yummy. The Americano coffee was really good. Healthier and delicious alternative to fast food, if you a in a hurry.

I wanted to stop here for a bite for some time and I finally got my chance. I wanted to taste their lunch menu which looked amazing one time I stopped for a coffee, but now it was still too early in the day so I just decided to get breakfast. Western omelet from 3 eggs and a bunch of different colored peppers ... honestly not sure what else was chopped in there was but it tasted good. The croissants weren't exactly the freshest...but they were OK. Certainly I wanna come back here for lunch.
