Went on a weekday afternoon and the space was not very full. There were a number of open tables available. We ordered first black sesame einspanner and mango latte and then sat at a table of our choice. Drinks were picked up at the counter and regardless of whether it was to-stay or to-go, cold drinks were placed in a plastic to-go cup. The mango latte has a layer of mango jam or pulp at the bottom which needs to be mixed with the milk above it. The black sesame einspanner is not as rich in flavour as it could be, but the ice is a big factor in dilution. Price is reasonable considering nearby competitors and the time spent in the space. The atmosphere is welcoming and the open concept layout makes it a relaxing place to meet others or study. Seating is not overly comfortable, but suitable for chatting for a couple hours. Hashtag does state that they have a two hour limit on seating, but it does not seem to be enforced. Would recommend a visit if you are meeting friends or needing to study.
Ordered mocha decaf and churro crowaffle not sure if it's the correct spelling. The art put into the coffee makes the eating experience special. The waffle had the churo taste and was light and airy. Didn't notice if they strictly follow covid protocols but the place is spacious enough.
A couple of friends and I came to Cafe Hashtag for a late night dessert after a filling dinner! Just wanted something sweet, so ordered a few macarons and cheesecake to share. They have a lot of flavours of macarons to choose from, and they tasted good - but not particularly memorable, although the macarons themselves are beautifully made. My favorite was the black sesame if I had to choose one. The cheesecake was not bad, but it didn’t taste very fresh. The vibe of the cafe was good for socializing with friends, and I’m thankful that it’s open late. I’ll have to try the other menu items next time to get a better read of the quality of drinks and cakes. Will post an update when I do!
The cafe is very cute and artsy but unfortunately the dalgona croffle is a bit difficult to chew because of how hard it is. The grape-ade is mostly carbonated water with a hint of green grape bits.
I quite enjoyed their croffle even though I was full from dinner. It was crispy on the outside and chewy and warm on the inside. I got the combo with hot americano and although I couldn't fall asleep at night thanks to the caffeine, I would say that it was worth it. The croffle also came with whipped cream, slices of kiwis, strawberries, and bananas, and extra syrup. They didn't skimp on the fruits which I appreciated. If you're ever driving along North road, it's not a bad place to check out.
We were looking for a coffee shop as it was raining and cold wanted to have something hot and we being coffee lover looking for coffee shop. The reviews were not great, however one review pulled me towards this coffee shop was they had dalgona coffee. So we drove down to this coffee shop. This coffee shop is in hanin village. Good ambience feels fresh and lively. Customer service was wonderful and the dalgona coffee was amazing. They made wonderful dalgona coffee and latte. I would come back again for dalgona coffee.
The Nutella crowaffle was delicious! The dalgona one was way too sweet. Cafe is spacious and clean. It does get busy on the weekends and evenings.
Picked Tiramisu after I saw it on their display sold for $7 and if I am correct, this cake taste very similar to one from Costco....? I used to eat Tiramisu cake from costco quite often so i know what they taste like / how much they sell it for XD Mid part was frozen Drinks were OK. Pastries were questionable.
Decent spot. Cute aesthetics. Had the churro crowaffle. It tastes as it's described. It's definitely a croissant and waffle and churro flavored.
Tiramisu waffle is absolutely amazing. I love the peach drink too. Service is insufficient as the table has to be asked to be cleaned. Overall tasty
