Waster 14 bucks. Mango smoothie and sunshine strawberry was nothing but just water and lychee jelly. Owner of the store pls train that guy. If you are the owner raise your standard.
I used to like their bubble tea and I came here all the time. But today I ordered a mint slush which I always order every time I come here but this time the lady barely put any mint in it so I asked her to put more mint and at first she refused to add more but eventually she did and she told me that they got a different mint flavouring. So I tasted it and it was way too sweet. So I asked her if i could get my money back and she refused to give me my money back.
Definitely that place worse than the other BigOrange places I've visited. Some options were not available and they had only two jelly flavours! The pearls were not fresh gross but that's ok, the cashier doesn't speak English well and I don't know for what reason she took my credit card TD, walked with it, looked few times and then returned to me to pay... That looked very weird. I won't buy there anymore unless they listen to customers opinions.
Peach green tea promo was very satisfactory. At 2/3 sweet,
I probably prefer the chocolate milk tea or the coffee milk tea to be honest but i know that this is the best possible place for bubble tea and pearls thar are sooo good and thay have more options to choose
Slow service, no visa cards accepted, and when received my drink it was supposed to be taro slush. I received purple ice with a delicate drizzle of taro aftertaste.
Terrible service ! The guy sitting at the counter asked me to "go away" when I had complained about insects in the bubble tea ! INSECTS!! PLEASE DON'T GO HERE !! had a bad stomach the day after !

Wayyyy too sweet and overpriced, spent the rest of the day with a headache would not recommend felt like throwing up after.
