These guys are amazing. After going to a number of bike shops I ended up purchasing my new bike here. Great knowledge, very friendly, and passionate. On top of this, they are locally owned and whenever I can, I always support local.
Had a great experience buying my mountain bike from here. The owner is amazing. Even during the weird 2020/2021 season with all the parts/shipping delays, he managed to put together a totally custom bike for me and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend visiting this professional
After letting them convince me to do a fairly large overhaul on my bike for big money, it’s all in doubt now. The most basic functioning of the derailer doesn’t work. It worked fine before. I think this should be checked before handing you the bill. Had I been on some big hills this would have been a big safety hazard. It was disappointing. I took the bike back in and no questions asked and immediately looked after. Tested retested. I test rode it a few times in between. Adjustments done until it was better. Although I think this could have been prevented the recognition of the problem and immediate service was as good as it gets. Definitely two star to a four+.
I don’t know much about bikes except how to pedal them, so when my bike chain broke, I figured I’d just go buy a new one. I didn’t expect the staff here to go as above and beyond as they did, but they happily got me a new chain and offered their own time to show me how to upkeep it, how to mount it, and other general bike maintenance tips. I left knowing a lot more about bikes and also knowing that I’ll be coming back here for any of my future bike needs!
Steve and his staff are excellent guys to deal with. Have got me out of a bind several times and my “go to” folks for products and information.
My new go to bike shop! I had been very busy and forgot to bring our bikes in for a tune-up prior to my husband birthday bike ride and they made it happen! I love the customer service I even had to go back the day or to get new pedals and they installed them on the spot!
Steve the owner was very helpful with good advice and care of my bike, as well as very quick turnaround.
Freaking awesome friendly service. They did a quick repair on an old bike and sold me parts that a big store didn't have in stock. Got a great deal on a new bike and accessories, too. Super knowledgeable staff and great selection of products. Definitely check them out before you buy!
Steve rebuilt our daughters bike which we will be passing on to our granddaughter at Christmas great job...and thank you.....
Nice Staff. Steve was helpful, good local shop I would come back for my bike needs. May look into picking up the electric trainer for my post surgery rehab.
