Ca Croustille

Ordered for the first time here and I was satisfied with the baked goods. After eating the croissants and other pastries, Id like to say that while the pastries were goodz the texture was slightly on the bready side. Now, that's not a bad thing as I personally like it but if you're looking for something that's very delicate and flakey, this may not me it for you. If you like toothsome or more 'hearty' feel, then these pastries are for you : I also ordered the brioche and I liked it because it wasn't excessively buttery and rich but just enough for me my guess is it's about 40%.

Such a gem in the neighbourhood! The highlight of my day! The staff and owners are all so sweet. The coffee is magnificent and the pastries so amazing . This place gives new meaning to “1 night in Paris.” I tried the quiche, croissant, pain Au chocolat and mouli Aux abricot. Get the apricot tart, it’s honestly ridiculous. This is a weekly must, I’ll defs be back

Went there for brunch and ate a combination of sweet and savory pastries. There was a lot to choose from for savory pastries witch is very rare. From sausage croissant to green olives with cheese to mushroom and chicken to quiche to caramelized onion and cheese, plenty of option for a heaty brunch. There sweet baked goods and pastries were masterfully crafted, light and buttery and will leave you craving for more.

We ordered Butter Croissants, Pain au raisin, Apple Tarts. Everything was fantastic! We used to live in Montreal, QC and it is not easy to find high quality bakery here in B.C. but I think we finally found our favorite. Especially, there is not much bakery who sell Pain au raisin so I am very happy. I can't wait to order more in the near future.

The bakery offers a nice selection of pastries and breads and the space itself is fresh and cute. The pastries however are mediocre in comparison to what I've tasted both elsewhere in Vancouver as well as in Montréal; I feel it is fair to compare because Ça Croustille claims to offer an authentic French experience. We ordered an apricot pastry and a chocolate twist is has a vanilla custard and chocolate chips— recommended to us, per request, by the employee over the chocolatine. As I'd said, they were good, but they were also unfortunately forgettable. The coffee is also just ok.

Bought 4 pieces of pastries this morning. I had the jalapeno cheddar croissant myself, it tasted like from the day before. The texture and temperature both felt like came out of a fridge. A little disappointed cuz at this price range, I would expect a little more.

I ordered butter croissants, pain au chocolat, and tomato danish, it tastes sooooooo goood! Fast delivery directly to my door even during holiday season + fair price = I highly recommend! Thanks guys, it was delicious! Can’t wait to taste Pain aux raisins!

I found this bakery at Westend farmers market and I tried several pastries and bread including brioche, Croissant, Pain au chocolat, Almond chocolate croissant. They were all so good. Can't wait to try more!

Absolutely fantastic little bakery! Had the Pear Tart, along with the Chocolate Croissant with my partner, this afternoon - both were full of flavour, very fresh and so delicious! Would recommend this place to anyone in area, if they wanted to stop in for a delicious pastry, or coffee of choice. Staff was super friendly, welcoming and helpful when needed! Go try it for yourself!
