Going in the morning between 6 and 8, Friday to Sunday. Not crowded, no wait for the machines. Employees are nice, users aren't idiots with the equipment. Always someone cleaning the gym when I go. Worth the membership cost.
Nice equipment and clean gym. Opened 24h is a plus. The music sucks and is almost always full so hard to find space to train. Some people at the front desk need to work on their customers service attitude but I do recommend it.
Lol, I lost my credit card, so I came back three weeks later to change it because their phone service is terrible, and their internet account doesn't work. When I arrived, they charged me $9.50 for a late payment even though I had already informed them. Afterward, they charged me an additional $23.50 because my payment didn't go through. Again, I lost my credit card while traveling. I had been a member for almost two years, even before the pandemic.nnTo make a long story short, I asked them to waive the late payment fees and only charge me for the two to three weeks that I was actually late. However, they refused due to their policies. But since I had been a member for more than a year, I decided to cancel my subscription for free. Keep in mind that I was paying for the gym but only went about once a month. So, essentially, their poor policies caused them to lose out on potential revenue. It's a real joke. nnIn any case, I was already planning to change gyms because it was too crowded, and they didn't have a wide variety of machines. It's not the first time I have issues. They were supposed to reimburse one time and they never did even of they send me email they would. Anyway it's not all bad but that was kind of very funny. Even the employee who contacted her manager was laughing because he understood the irony of losing a customer that just paid every week and didn't show up.

If I could give them a 0 for the customer service, I would. Clearly, some of the employees were unaware of the conditions. They gave me and my friend a +18 membership, even if they knew we were underage. They canceled my membership. I didn't get a refund. They didn't apologize for the mistake they've made. Instead, they gave me a new offer. The other location in Brossard is so much better. Their customer service is great, They were the one's who solved the problem.
