I always have a great experience at the gym thanks to Susan at the front desk. She is consistently friendly, easy to talk to, and make the whole place feel welcoming every time I come in. You can tell she genuinely cares and enjoy helping people out.nnDefinitely one of the reasons I keep coming back—really appreciate it!

I’ve had a great experience at this gym for years. The staff is genuinely friendly, approachable and always willing to help. I always forget the names but I want to highlight how I appreciate you guys. I especially appreciated how professionally they handled an unpleasant situation I had with another member — they made me feel safe and supported right away.nnThe environment is welcoming, the equipment is solid, the maintenance is done relatively fast and it’s a place where I feel comfortable coming consistently.nnThe only small thing I’d mention is that toward the end of the day, the CrossFit area can get a bit dusty with some buildup and the small dumbbell rack can be a little messy at times. Also some members are walking in their winter boots in the changing rooms, which I hate because I always get my socks wet. Nothing major — just something that could make an already great space even better.nnOverall, a great gym with a team that truly cares about its members. Highly recommend!

I usually go to the gym after my night shift. I’m often greeted by Suzanne. She has such a positive energy that brightens my day after a hectic shift. She not only works at the front but also works to maintain the cleanliness of the gym. Keep up the great work and keep smiling

I have been going for years buzz fit although I feel it sometimes takes a very long time to repair machines that go down I love the comradery good supportive gym community! I always feel welcome by Susan at the front desk, she is the friendliest and hardest working employee! You know when she is on vacation the cleanliness and atmosphere changes . Great job Buzz Fit

Hi I have been a member Buzzfit Greenfield Park for many years and enjoy the gym very much. It has been a good source of health mentally and physically. Over the years I have seen lots of employes come and go and one that sticks out the most is SUSAN BECKETT. She seems passionate and caring, always smiling and helpful. Her cleaning skills are incredible. Way to go Buzzfit for hiring a great employee. Two thumbs up!
