I've been attending this school for about one month and a half now, and it's been amazing. The energy there is very inspiring and it motivates me to keep training to get fitter and better at self-defense. The community there is very friendly and will gladly help you out if you have trouble understanding. Great school, 5/5

What an amazing atmosphere, very welcoming family oriented place to learn, we signed our son up a few months ago, and he loves it, if I had known about it when my daughter was little I would have taken her too! I love the respect and discipline they teach whilst having fun and getting fit. What can I say, if you are not going, You are missing out!!!

The school is an amazing place to improve yourself, whether it is physical and/or mental! The students and the instructors are a friendly bunch, and they motivate each other to push their limits. The time is flexible, so no need to stress about missing a class being the end of the world! I remember in the beginning I was in such a bad shape that i couldn't really do much without feeling exhausted; now I have at LEAST doubled my force/endurance and maybe tripled my cardio, also thow in loss of quite a bit of fat! On top of that, thanks to the self-defense classes, i have somewhat boosted my self-confidence as well as skill level in reflex and techniques. Therefore, I highly recommend the school to anyone who wishes for a GOOD and BIG change in their physical and mental aspects. NOW it's the time to take action!

I have been training here for over 5 years and love it! Started out to be just a way to stay fit but turned out to be a way of life! Lots of techniques to be learnt but also lots of concepts to be learnt and applied in every day life.
