Was very hesitant to go, as I thought it would be another crossfire experience. Boy was I wrong! I had a great time and really enjoyed the environment, the people and the trainer himself. Would recommend to anyone that has been working out at the gym alone all those years and has been avoided legs and cardio (speaking mostly about myself). the circuit training is effective for anyone, male or female, big or small. Totally worth the $10 drop-in

Entraînement adapté à tous, allant du plus grand athlète de sofa au plus grand athlète olympique, donné par des spécialistes en kinésiologie et à excellent prix. Chaque entraînement est différent et va chercher tous les aspects d'une mise en forme physique efficace et sécuritaire.

Jonathan Hamel sait diversifier ses cours et s'assure que toutes les parties de notre corps sont sollicités à chaque entrainement. L'ambiance est formidable et chacun peut s'entrainer à son rythme. C'est réellement un type d'entrainement conçu pour tout les niveaux dans la même séance. Je recommande un essai à n'importe quelle personne qui désire commencer ou reprendre un entrainement. Fun garanti!
