This place it is beyond my expectation. Everyone is amazingly friendly, humble and greets you by your name as soon as you walk in. The staff are professional and understand individual needs and they are not afraid to step in while your working out to guide you through! I can see results already, in which has motivated me to keep going and to push my self further! ... and, don’t forget to try their shakes, they are AMAZING especially the mango shake!!!

Je m'entraîne chez Katalysis depuis maintenant 1 an et je vois des résultats. Je suis prise en charge et j'ai des suivis quotidiens avec ma coach qui est tout simplement géniale, Camille Bélanger ! Nos plans d'entraînement changent au rythme de notre progression et l'ambiance est super quand on s'entraîne là-bas. C'est une super gang et je recommande ce gym à tous !!!
