The staff here are way more than helpful...they make my visits so easy. I never need to ask for help finding things because they are always offering help before I get a chance. Love shopping here.

Friendly and helpful service. Prices are slightly higher than the big box guys, but they are local and you never have problems getting help in the store.

Guys in back are very helpful, one helped me to my car with heavy item, gave him my # as he said he could help me get it out at my place,

Best building centre in the area. Smaller store but the best staff. If you are building anything, they can help, and are cheaper than the big muskoka stores.

I thought this place was great until I found out the truth. DO NOT SHOP there. They have their hands in the Liberals pockets. They told me I had to leave because of my DISABILITY due to ''corporate rules''. I will never go back to a place that supports DISGRIMINATION. Shame on you.

The staff here are friendly and extremely helpful. Even on a insanely busy Saturday during the pandemic they still answer the phone and have my order ready upon my arrival.
