Burk's Falls Radio & TV Service

Poor service. they never answer the phone. The stores never open. Inside the store it looks like a hoarders nest, boxes everywhere barely any space to walk in there. Everytime I tried to go return my equipment from xplornet no one was available in the store. They ignored my calls and messages for two months, garbage all around the front and back. Plus when they first came to hook up my internet service they took forever to come hook up, and when they did show up they had to come the next week because they did not have the stuff needed to do the job in the first place and I had to help them run the cables and do most of the work because they were unable to do it they were really unprofessional but I was happy to help because I just wanted some internet, after being connected online the service was not compatible with my security system which I had specifically asked a tech if it would work and he said They have new system and it would have static IP address available... It does not, so I cancelled within the 30 days to get my money refunded like it says in the contract. I was also supposed to have them come back set up satelite tv that never happened. I filed a bunch of complaints to xplornet to make them aware of the situation and took them 2 months before they asked another contractor to come since Burks falls radio and TV service was ignoring me. It was almost 3 months when the equipment was picked up by another contractor to xplornet so I could get my refund. All in all xplornet and Burks falls are really unprofessional and have poor quality of service.
