I love this location. It brings me back to when I was a child. I was sad to hear they do not sell shirts with Burks Falls on them anymore. It has been many years since I was informed. Not much has changed in the who knows how many years I have been going here. It's a shame he didn't recognize me but it has been 8 years since he saw me last
Customer service is awesome!
Over a number of years, having a cottage in the area, we have frequented this store regularly. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. It is always a positive experience. They are happy to order items in if necessary.
Store is tiny. The isles are tiny. Too much stuff you can't even concentrate on what you went in there for when you do get inside. They need to move to a bigger building. Staff are friendly at helping u find what you need as I always now just walk in and tell them what I'm there for instead of walking around in circles lol.
Staff I'd always friendly and helpful. The Dave's are great help
