Well my who family went there ice-cream was great and pizza although our latest time order on pizza night  viviean that work there was rude hung up would not take pizza back or give our money back and was very rude on the phone over are situation although asked us to bring pizza back our self to get money back when we already over paid

me and my family have been coming to burks falls every summer to visit my grandparents for as long as i can remember, and a highlight of those trips is always getting ice-cream here. staff have always been very friendly and patient when me and my siblings were much younger and much more annoying.

I recommend this place to any newcomers to Burk's Falls.  Great selection for a convenience store and the ice cream is fantastic and very fairly prices with huge portions.

Under New ManagementnnSame welcoming and wonderful staff, some better pricing and selection to come. More types of rolling papers and now glassware.

Great staff, always friendly, good location, easy parking, good hours, movie rentals, prices are reasonable.
